Shipping

Orders:
Orders will ship 2-3 business days after payment has cleared via USPS with tracking, regardless of shipping speed selected.  If you have any questions about an item, custom orders or getting your item before a specific day please contact us here before ordering!

Custom Orders: 
Custom orders take longer than normal to ship, varying on the nature of the modifications. Please contact us here for more information on your order. Thank you for your patience.

Disclaimer:
Once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled or modified. If your item is taking an abnormal amount of time to arrive, understand we cannot speed up the process. After an item ships it is up to the United States Postal Service (or the shipping service you selected)  to deliver it, we cannot in anyway expedite your shipment. We apologize for any delays however once the product is in their hands, it's up to them when it arrives.
 

International orders & customs:
If you are ordering from outside the United States, your order will likely take longer to arrive than normal local shipments. Your order may be held at your country's customs for a period of time.

Please note: You may need to pick up your order from your local post office or customs office. This varies from country to country and we have no control over this.

Customs Fee: Your country's customs agency may require you pay a fee to get your item, please note we do not have any part of this, we do not profit from said fee, nor do we have any control over it.

If you are unsure about if you have to pay a customs fee, please look online for more information. 

 
Green Gizmo is not responsible for  incorrect addresses being supplied. If the customer gives the wrong address we cannot alter where the package arrives and the customer will have to re-buy the item if they still want it. Please carefully double check your shipping address you supply before you confirm buying the item.
 
If an item is returned to us for any reason by the post office, your order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.

Shipments occur Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
